These Terms of Service govern your use of patgoffecollections.com and any purchase you make from Pat Goffe Collections, a sole proprietorship owned by Pat Goffe ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or fraudulent orders.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at pat@patgoffecollections.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and embroidered and handmade items may vary slightly from the images shown. These small variations are not defects.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price. If this happens, we will contact you and any payment taken will be returned in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item, or, for custom orders, when you approve your artwork. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or items being unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, any payment taken will be returned in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates and what to do if a package is lost or damaged are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Eligible returns receive store credit only; we do not offer refunds. Some items are final sale. Full details, including the 7-day return window and which items are final sale, are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders follow the process described on our custom order page. We review your request, send you a quote and a design for approval, and begin production only after you approve it. Custom orders typically take 8 to 12 weeks from request to delivery.

You are responsible for checking your artwork proof carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors and placement. We produce the item as approved, and errors in an approved proof are not grounds for a return, remake or credit.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Artwork and trademarks you provide. When you send us logos, crests, Greek letters, names or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including any permission required by the organization it represents. We may decline any request we believe would infringe someone else's rights. You agree to be responsible for any claim arising from artwork you provide.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, photographs, graphics and the Pat Goffe Collections name and logo, belongs to Pat Goffe Collections or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Books authored by Pat Goffe are protected by copyright. Purchasing a book does not grant any right to reproduce it.

Organization names, crests and marks shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimer

This website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pat Goffe Collections is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pat Goffe Collections against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or from artwork or content you provide to us.
