Shipping
Custom and personalized orders take 8 to 12 weeks from request to delivery. That window covers our review and quote, your artwork approval, production and shipping — production alone is roughly 4 to 6 weeks once you have approved the artwork.
Tell us your deadline when you submit your request and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Returns
This item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
