We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, free of stains, odours and pet hair. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email pat@patgoffecollections.com with your order number before mailing anything back — we will send the return address and instructions. Allow 7–14 business days after we receive it for your store credit to be issued.
